Zehra Newton
Our founder Zehra, has over 15 years’ experience within the financial industry, taking her first CEMAP exams back in 2007. Zehra’s career started at Nationwide in Central London. She advised and assisted her clients with securing their new dream homes and making sure they obtained the best possible deals available, ensuring they had an overall successful experience.
In 2010, Zehra went on to take her diploma in financial advising and moved on to assist high net worth clients with their investment portfolios, pension planning and protection needs. 5 years later Zehra decided to start a family and welcomed two beautiful daughters, to accommodate her career and family, she started decided to work for one of the largest estate agency and mortgage firms in the country, quickly becoming partner. She won countless awards and received some of the highest company recognition for the outstanding services she provided.
Many of Zehra’s clients returned solely for her expertise and services and so it was time for Zehra to start her own business, ensuring she could offer her clients a more personalised, tailored experience – and so – ZA Mortgage Services was born’
Charlotte Ellis
Charlotte has over 15 years within the financial, estate agency and protection industry. Starting her career as a money broker in the City, she decided to venture away and qualify as a mortgage adviser. Charlotte has extensive knowledge in customer service and in estate agency.
Charlotte decided to use her expertise to better facilitate clients with their property journey by ensuring that the administration side of your purchase goes smoothly as well as assisting clients with their mortgage journey - whatever their circumstances may be.
